WOW.... This workout and diet really works. I did my weekly weigh in yesterday and to my surprise I have lost 6 pounds!! I do not know where but it is gone and will never return if I have anything to do with it. I was all ready to work out 5 days a week, however this week I came down with a cold and have not worked out since wednesday morning. I plan to be baqck full force Monday. I am sticking to the very strict diet so that I can still see results. I want to feel good this summer and again look good on my wedding day.
